Mitt Romney was able to tap his bailed-out banker buddies on Wall Street to the tune of 10 million dollars in one day. In fact, Romney raised 10 million dollars in one day a couple of weeks ago from well-heeled party bigwigs and Wall Street insiders, many of whom ponied up the legal maximum of $2,500 per person (or $5,000 per couple).
I personally have mixed emotions, Mr. Henican, life long Republican that I am about any professed dogma that rejects a credible presidential debate. It is important that all of us remember the benefits of a two party system and listen to each other’s agendas. I have been aware as millions of Americans as well that our criticisms are not as welcomed as they were prior to 2008. It is possible that many voters have been hammered into complacency as indicated in your heading because reactions in the media and on the corner sometimes do not encourage good Americans in the Tea Party and the Republican Party to speak out. I prefaced my comment by mentioning mixed emotions because Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee were not present. That may put me leaning 25% into your corner.
