Herman Cain’s confused…or Herman Cain’s just confusing the rest of us.
When asked about his position on abortion, first by John Stossel in July and again by Piers Morgan in October, he remained consistant – consistantly baffling.
Sitting with Ellis Henican on Fox News’ “Stossel” he said “I’m pro-life, period.” But, he also said that under certain circumstances it’s “her choice” and that it’s not the “government’s choice.” So, Stossel asked, should abortion be legal? Cain: “No.”
Confused yet?
Watch as Bill Maher shows the Stossel interview (and Ellis Henican’s startled look):
Listen here as Ellis talks more about both Piers Morgan and John Stossel’s interviews with Herman Cain and concludes: “No matter what you think on the subject, you are absolutely guaranteed to agree with one half of Herman Cain’s position on abortion.”
Ellis I never was a supporter of Herman Cain and I do not think the left should be having a conniption worrying about him being elected President. He is a very nice man who worked his way up the hard way but you cannot elect any President based on that. The abortion catastrophe, not knowing the names of other countries are the bumbling mini strokes of a candidates who does not know politics.Obama is cited as making bad political mistakes by supporting the protesters, that will come back to haunt him.The difference is that Obama by now is a seasoned politician well aware of the nuances of politics and the back room.Cain is a neophyte and the voters will not accept that with an exploding world evidenced at home with a muddled band of woe be gones identifying themselves as Occupiers here in America.
