Microsoft Chief Executive Satya Nadella, speaking at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, suggested women should NOT be asking for pay raises.
Instead, he said, “Women should trust that the system will give you the right raises. Women who don’t ask for a raise have … It’s good karma. It will come back.”
He’s since backpedaled some on that statement and issued an apology.
But he said it, and doesn’t that mean it’s what he was honestly thinking?
